Well the Webster finally was switched on and kicked into life. A few modifications were made; the sensor was moved against the outer frame and the crank shaft was turned down to 6mm so a clutch one way needle bearing could be used on an electric drill as a starter motor.

I have to admit, it was dead for many hours but after a while I managed to get a few pops of life until this evening it mustered up a few seconds of running before some abrupt stops. I have lots more to troubleshoot on it …. if you have any suggestions after looking at the video then please let me know!!
